When you place an order, we collect information necessary to process and fulfil that order, including your name, email address, billing address and delivery address.

Payments are processed securely through Squarespace and its payment providers. Payment details are not stored by Found While Looking Elsewhere.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
All photographs displayed on this website remain the copyright of Allison Brodie unless otherwise stated. Images may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
Every effort is made to ensure product descriptions and images accurately represent the final product. Due to differences in screen calibration, slight variations in colour and tone may occur between what is displayed on screen and the finished print.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Found While Looking Elsewhere reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
Returns Policy
Each print is produced to order and inspected before dispatch.
Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs showing the issue.
Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be offered.
Returns for change of mind are not accepted on made-to-order prints.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Shipping Information
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
All prints are professionally produced by our printing partner and carefully checked before being packaged and dispatched by Found While Looking Elsewhere.
Prints are typically dispatched within 5–10 working days of an order being placed, although production and delivery times may vary during busy periods.
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent tracked service where available.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate at the time of ordering.
Found While Looking Elsewhere is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes or circumstances beyond our control.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and item so that we can assist.
